¦ Dnata Switzerland Achieves ISAGO Accreditation: Dnata Switzerland announced it has become the first ground-handling operation in Switzerland to achieve ISAGO accreditation, having successfully passed audits for both the head office and station operations in Zurich. The ISAGO program is an audit system conducted in a standardized and consistent manner, using internationally recognized quality auditing principles. The Zurich ISAGO accreditation is applicable to the following ground handling services provided to customers: station management, load control, passenger handling, baggage handling, aircraft handling and loading, aircraft ground movement, and cargo and mail handling.

¦ JBT Corporation Holds Grand Opening Ceremony for AeroTech Plant in China: JBT Corporation announced that its JBT AeroTech business hosted a grand opening ceremony for a new manufacturing facility located in mainland China. The opening of the 4,000-square-meter factory located in Shenzhen will enable JBT AeroTech to meet the growing emerging market demand for airport support equipment.

¦ U.S. Airlines Post Seventh Consecutive Month of Revenue Growth: The Air Transport Association of America reported that passenger revenue, based on a sample group of carriers, rose 20 percent in July 2010 compared to the same month in 2009, marking the seventh consecutive month of revenue growth. The pace of improvement slowed from the 25 percent year-over-year gain realized in June.

¦ JBT Announces U.S. Navy Order for Halvorsen 25K Loaders: JBT AeroTech has been awarded a contract exceeding $7 million by
the United States Navy for 10 Halvorsen 25K Loaders. Delivery is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2010 and continue through the second quarter of 2011. The Halvorsen 25K Loader is used by the military to load, unload and transport palletized cargo on both military and commercial aircraft. JBT AeroTech has now delivered more than 470 Halvorsen 25K Loaders to the United States military and international forces.

¦ Singapore Airport Terminal Services Changes Name to SATS: Singapore Airport Terminal Services Limited announced that it has changed its name to SATS Ltd. The name change is effected to better reflect the full spectrum of SATS’ business and focus as it continues to leverage its competencies in gateway services and food solutions to grow in and outside of Singapore.

¦ Aviapartner Announces Award of ISAGO Certificates: Aviapartner announced it was awarded the International Air Transport Association Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) certificates in Nice, Milan Malpensa and Lyon, following the successful completion of comprehensive audits. Aviapartner was the first multi-station European ground handler to be ISAGO registered in January 2010 with Amsterdam. After this, Aviapartner continued to implement the program in each country where it provides handling services. Frankfurt appeared on the Registry in March, followed by Brussels, Dusseldorf and Munich in June. This list was extended in August with Nice, Milan Malpensa and Lyon, making Aviapartner the first handler on the ISAGO registry in each of the five following countries: the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Italy.

Partnerships/Acquisitions/Contracts

¦ Cavotec Airports Unit Wins Ground Support Equipment Orders in France, Guinea, Qatar and Senegal: The largest of these orders is for a fuel hydrant system at the new Diagne International Airport, near the Senegalese capital Dakar. This is the first fully integrated
fuel hydrant package supplied by Cavotec Middle East in cooperation with partners. Cavotec has been awarded this contract through Saudi company, Isam Kabbani and Co., a sub-contractor of SBG. Cavotec engineers, in collaboration with electrical engineering group, Cegelec, are to supply and oversee the installation of 85 DAB-22 fuel hydrant pits, 51 Cla-Val fuel hydrant pit valves, 14 fuel high point vents, 20 fuel low point drain pits, 122 DAB-18 vault access covers, 30 valve chamber access covers and 19 motorized double block and bleed valves. In addition, a leak detection system is supplied to provide a quick and accurate location of the source of a leak in the fuel hydrant line.

¦ Swissport International and Swiss International Air Lines Extend Collaboration: The new contract for 2010-2015 covers all ground handling at SWISS’s three Swiss airports, with a total annual volume of about 64,000 flights.
The new contract includes: all passenger and baggage handling services; all ramp services; deicing and various further airport services and customer processes.

¦ Mandala Airlines in Macau Awards Ground Handling Contract to Menzies: Menzies announced the award of the ground handling contract by Mandala Airlines in Macau. Mandala Airlines is a low-cost carrier in Indonesia. They will operate three flights per week between Jakarta and Macau. The award of the ground handling contract contributes to the development of Menzies’ Macau station. The company will provide full ground handling services for the carrier, ranging from ramp, passenger, cargo to aircraft maintenance services for a two-year period.

¦ TAS Wins Warehousing Contract with NCA at LAX: On July 1, 2010, Total Airport Services (TAS) expanded its cargo warehousing aviation services at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) by adding Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) to its list of customers. TAS is now NCA’s sole warehousing service provider in California having also provided service to NCA in in SFO since November 2007.

¦ Swissport-Losch and Lufthansa Sign Six-year Contract for Munich Hub: Swissport-Losch, the aviation services provider that has held a ground handling license for Munich Airport since March of this year,
has concluded a six-year contract with Deutsche Lufthansa AG to provide ground handling for the carrier’s Canadair and Embraer aircraft types. The contract, which covers a business volume of about 700 flights a week, will enter into effect on Jan. 1, 2011. The new contract, which covers a quarter of Lufthansa’s Munich-based fleet, enters into effect on Jan. 1, 2011, and will extend to some 700 flights
a week — more than twice Swissport-Losch’s current business volume. About 300 new personnel will be recruited to handle the expanded activities.

¦ ATS Announces Agreement to Purchase Wing Tips Airport Services: Airport Terminal Services (ATS) announced the purchase of Wing Tips Inc. (Wing Tips), a Calgary International Airport customer service provider, effective Aug. 16, 2010. The transaction is a strategic development of relationships with international carriers as well as growing the ATS service offering of passenger services. Wing Tips provides passenger services and airport representation at the Calgary International Airport for a roster of customers, including Air North, CanJet, Enerjet, Edelweiss, Thomas Cook, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Lufthansa, Miami Air, Monarch and Sunquest.

¦ Checkport and Octavian Become Franchise Partners: UK security company, Octavian Security, has announced its entry into the world aviation security market, as the company has become the official UK security arm of Swissport International — by taking ownership of the Checkport UK franchise. Checkport is a security subsidiary of Swissport International.

¦ Lufthansa and bmi Select Menzies for Ground Handling Operations at LHR: Menzies Aviation announced that Lufthansa and bmi have selected Menzies to provide full ramp handling services for their operations at London Heathrow Airport from Oct. 1, 2010. Lufthansa and bmi together currently operate a total of 672 weekly flights to and from Heathrow.

¦ ASIG Commences Refueling Operations at London City Airport: ASIG announced that it has commenced aircraft refueling operations at London City Airport (LCY) on behalf of Shell Aviation. Shell recently signed a concession agreement to operate as a fuel supplier at the airport. ASIG is refueling more than 60 percent of the airport’s daily flights. ASIG now provides into plane refueling services on behalf of Shell at six international airports.

¦ ATS Announces Agreement to Purchase Bulmer Aircraft Services Ltd.: Airport Terminal Services (ATS) announced the purchase of the BAS Group of companies known as Bulmer Aircraft Services, Hunter Management Systems and BAS Moncton Flight Kitchen (BAS). BAS is a leader in aviation services in the Atlantic provinces of Canada. The transaction is a strategic development of ATS across Canada, now reaching from the Pacific to the Atlantic in 13 Canadian airports. Operating in three airports in the Maritimes and one in Quebec, BAS offers a full suite of services to its customers, including passenger services, cabin cleaning, ramp handling, deicing, cargo, flight kitchen/commissary and a Shell aviation fuel dealership. BAS headquarters are at the Moncton (YQM) base.

¦ Swissport Finalizes Two New Contracts in Tokyo: Swissport International announced the acquisition of two important contracts at the Tokyo-Narita Airport. Both Cathay Pacific and Turkish Airlines have handed over their ground service contracts to Swissport.

¦ WheelTug Announces Partnership with Landing Gear Team: WheelTug Limited, developer of the WheelTug aircraft electric drive system, has retained Endeavor Analysis LLC, a leading consulting firm on aircraft landing gears, to provide structural and strength analysis work for the landing gear connected to the WheelTug system. The agreement was announced at the biennial Farnborough Air Show.

¦ Swissport Appoints Peter Speck New Head of Corporate Supply Management: Swissport International has appointed Peter Speck as its new vice president and head of corporate supply management for its globally active group. He succeeds Martin Koch, and will assume his new duties on Aug. 1. Peter Speck has been recruited from within Swissport’s ranks: he is currently head of fleet management & supply chain integration. Prior to this he served as head of purchasing & fleet management Americas, based in Washington, D.C.

¦ SATS Announces New Director: SATS announced that Nihal
Vijaya Devadas Kaviratne CBE was appointed by the company’s shareholders as a non-executive,
non-independent director of the company at the company’s 37th Annual General Meeting.
