Malmö, Sweden, November 2nd, 2017: Web Manuals Sweden AB, developer of digital documentation solutions for the aviation industry, is making its mark in the Asia-Pacific region by announcing a new partnership with Australian support company Altara, as well as bringing Kokomo Private Island Fiji and prominent Australian helicopter operator, Hevilift, on-board.
Altara, based in Melbourne, provides a broad-range of services to the global aviation industry. Web Manuals will use the company to outsource first-level, certified, customer support services, to offer training guidance and document management advice to its customers. The partnership now enables Web Manuals to offer 24/5 global customer support.

These new partnerships follow the announcement that Web Manuals will be working with Air Hongkong, its first airline customer in Asia.
