Victoria, British Columbia, Canada – VIH Aerospace (VIHA – www.vihaerospace.com), a leading provider of global helicopter maintenance, manufacturing, repair and overhaul (MMRO) services is pleased to announce it has entered into an exclusive Inventory Management and Supply Chain Support Agreement with Precision Heliparts Canada ULC (PHP), effective up to December 31st, 2019. VIHA is exhibiting at Heli-Expo 2016 - Booth # 1209, and Precision Aviation Group/PHP is located at Booth #5345.
Under the terms of the agreement, PHP agrees to provide VIH Aerospace with complete Supply Management and Inventory solutions that includes, but is not limited to Inventory Sales and Rotable Asset Management in support of customer component rental, exchange and leasing requirements.
In respect to VIH Aerospace’s obligation under the agreement, it will provide PHP with in-house MRO services for maintenance, repair and overhaul for PHP owned-assets as well as customer-owned assets requiring repair and overhaul support for which VIHA is approved to perform such work.
