Fargo Jet Center (FJC) and associated companies welcome Tricia Denny as the human resources manager. Denny brings with her 15 years of professional experience in the field of human resources. She is a Concordia College graduate where she obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Office Administration and has earned the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) certifications.

In her position, Tricia is responsible for overseeing employee relations, retention and motivation, recruitment, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development, organizational development and regulatory compliance.
