FEAM Aero, a leading provider of aircraft line maintenance services in the United States, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Corn as the new Vice President of Human Resources. Corn will bring a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture across the company.
With over 18 years of experience in HR, Corn has a strong dedication to making a difference for all employees by finding a better way to lead Human Resources departments. Her primary focus is on prioritizing employee support and engagement. Her diverse background includes experience in Aviation, Surveillance & Investigations, Capital Medical Equipment Sales, and Commercial Roofing.
In her new role Corn will concentrate on elevating key initiatives such as performance management, HR analytics, an improved onboarding process, streamlined communications and technology.
