MTU Maintenance and Nayak Group Enter Into Collaboration to Expand Service Offering
MTU Maintenance, global market leader in customized solutions for aero engines and the Nayak Group, line and base maintenance specialists, have entered into a collaboration agreement to offer a broader variety of services to each of their respective customer groups. From now onwards, MTU Maintenance is able offer its wide range of on-site engine services in combination with aircraft line and base maintenance services, a new addition and to be performed by the Nayak group, to all its customers. In turn, the Nayak group will also be offering more extensive engine services, via MTU Maintenance, to its aircraft customers.

MTU Maintenance completes over 1,000 events annually for more than 400 customers worldwide. In 2021, MTU Maintenance opened a new facility with quick-turn docks at its site MTU Maintenance Berlin-Brandenburg. With additional dedicated teams based in the Americas, Europe and Asia, and over 120 authority approvals, MTU’s engine experts provide a wide range of on-site, near-wing and quick turn engine services for the largest engine portfolio worldwide. Workscopes range from borescope inspections all the way up to module swaps, and, should an upgrade become necessary, MTU can take care of all and any additional engine needs within its MRO network of shops. Through its leasing arm, MTU Maintenance Lease Services B.V. in Amsterdam, MTU can provide spare engines and extensive material solutions as required.
