LONG BEACH, CA October 29, 2012 –JFI Jets, a worldwide provider of aircraft management and charter services, has named Jeff Filkins regional sales manager for aircraft maintenance and management sales on the west coast.
Prior to joining JFI Jets, Filkins was west coast sales manager for Honeywell Flight Support Services and earlier he was operations leader at Honeywell International's Global Data Center.

JFI Jets was awarded a Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 145 Repair Station Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for its JetCenter at Long Beach Airport (LGB) that allows JFI Jets to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and alterations on a number of aircraft models that are well represented within the JFI fleet.
Seidel said he expects the certification to be a value added revenue source which will add to JFI's bottom line.
