Building off that momentum, Lee Aerospace is entering the final phases of FAA approval on the Beechjet windscreens, completing the full cockpit suite of CoolView luxury.

The full Beechjet cockpit solution is right around the corner.  Known for their innovation in aviation transparencies, Lee Aerospace is gaining recognition for their CoolView window technology on a number of aftermarket platforms.  In June, Lee Aerospace earned a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the side cockpit windows on the Beechjet 400, 400A and 400XP.  Building off that momentum, Lee Aerospace is entering the final phases of FAA approval on the Beechjet windscreens, completing the full cockpit suite of CoolView luxury.

“We recognized a pain point in the market and knew that we had the solution,” explains Jim Lee, president of Lee Aerospace.  “The interest in CoolView has been overwhelming.  Getting PMA approval on the side cockpit window was the first step.  We are so close to offering a full cockpit solution that the pilots can taste it!”

Lee had the vision for this technology years ago and knew that once he could bring it to market, CoolView would be a hit.  “We have taken Lee Aerospace through a number of phases over the past 30 years.  The newest technology applied to a forward-facing, 28 volt heated glass will be a welcomed upgrade in the biz jet marketplace,” said Lee.
