Airport IT Executive Bryan Helaire Joins GCR as VP of Customer Experience

Helaire joins the company’s cadre of veteran airport executives who are advising more than 100 airports across the U.S., and in the new role, he will focus on product development with an emphasis on UX/UI.

GCR Inc. (GCR) hired Bryan Helaire as vice president of customer experience. Helaire joins the company’s cadre of veteran airport executives who are advising more than 100 airports across the U.S., and in the new role, he will focus on product development with an emphasis on UX/UI.

Prior to joining GCR, Helaire served as director of information technology for the Jackson Municipal Airport Authority in Miss. His experience also includes serving as assistant director of the technology division, among other positions, for the Houston Airport System.
